Were a small, easygoing family of three (soon to be four!) myself, my husband Ryan, our daughter Ruby, and our dog Turbo.
Were expecting baby #2 (due Dec 21) and are hoping to find someone we can build a relationship with who can become our go-to nanny / sitter.
Were mainly looking for occasional evening care for date nights, as well as someone flexible and open to being on call when labour starts, to stay with Ruby while we head to the hospital.
Ruby is a happy, curious toddler who loves books, music, and active, interactive play. She can be a little shy at first but is very affectionate once she warms up. She responds best to someone confident, patient, and engaging.
We also have a very affectionate Staffordshire dog, so being comfortable with dogs (including feeding him) is important.
Were ideally looking for someone older, mature, reliable, and interested in something more long-term.
