We are looking for a fun and experienced leader who loves A&W as much as they love leading a diverse team from their local community!The General Restaurant Manager duties include, but are not limited too : Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standardsCoaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costsLeading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the teamSpending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employeesEnsuring all food safety regulations are followedHiring, retaining, and terminating employeesOrdering and managing inventory Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurantWhat we offer : Full benefits, a great bonus program, an opportunity to grow with the company, on-the-job training

G2 license

Access to a reliable vehicle

Restaurant management experience - two years or more

Food handling certificate

Quick service restaurant experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
