About the Program

Launch your career with a 5-month placement in British Columbia’s breathtaking Okanagan Valley, home to some of the world’s most renowned wineries. You’ll gain hands-on experience as a Wine Ambassador, leading tours, hosting curated tastings, and immersing yourself in the artistry and business of wine. We've partnered with award-winning wineries such as Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, CheckMate Artisanal Winery and Liquidity Wines.

The Wine Sales Development Program is more than a summer role — it’s your launchpad to a dynamic career in the beverage alcohol industry. After your placement, successful participants will have the opportunity to transition into a sales opportunity role within our national distribution business, with long-term pathways into Sales, Guest Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Do You Have What It Takes?

We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals ready to build a career in a fast-paced, competitive industry. To be successful, you’ll bring:

• A university degree (completed by April 2026)
• WSET Level II (completed or in progress by June 30, 2026)
• Customer Service, Hospitality or Sales experience is an asset.
• A relentless drive to win and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Willingness to relocate to the Okanagan Valley in BC

Compensation Package

• Hourly rate: $22/hr
• Tips & Gratuities
• Relocation Bonus
• Mobile Phone Allowance
