Networking : Fundamental knowledge of TCP / IP, LAN / WAN, and VPN troubleshooting. Physical Capability : Ability to lift heavy equipment and install workstations under desks. Soft Skills : Superior communication, autonomy, and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure. Apple Support : Experience administering MacBooks, iMacs, and iPads. Management Tools : Experience with SCCM or Ivanti LANDESK Ticket Systems : Prior experience with ServiceNow workflows.
