This Position reports to:

Commercial Operations Manager


In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time.

You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.

The work model for this role is: Hybrid

The role supports the: Motion Drive Products business

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

  • Run MRP/ERP planning cycles and maintain accurate planning parameters.

  • Coordinate with US and European factories on production schedules, delivery commitments, and supply risks.

  • Track inbound shipments and provide visibility on delivery timelines.

  • Analyze distributor inventory and sell‑through to recommend complementary stocking strategies.

  • Build and maintain dashboards for inventory health, supplier performance, and planning accuracy.

  • Support new product introductions and item master data setup.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and inventory performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or similar roles.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; Power BI is an asset.

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience working with distributors or channel partners is a plus.
