As a Presales Security Expert-Federal, your responsibilities include :
- Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and requirements. Provide tailored solutions and demonstrate Fortinet products as the primary technical expert during pre-sales.
- Post-Sales Support : Offer technical expertise during and after sales, assisting with deployment and integration, and collaborating with support and development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Technical Presentations & Demos : Deliver product demos and presentations to various stakeholders, including Fortinet channel partners.
- RFP Support : Review RFIs and RFPs, align solutions with customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to craft comprehensive responses.
- Proof of Concept / Solution : Lead or assist in deploying PoCs, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals, and document integration approaches.
- Continuous Learning and Market Intelligence : Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, create technical marketing collateral, and maintain expertise in Fortinet’s offerings.
- Account Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Travel : Travel within the region and occasionally to other regions as needed.
