• Resolve real-time operational and logistical issues
• Help ensure smooth coordination between vessels, logistics, and plant operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fishing professionals and internal teams
• Anticipate operational needs and changing priorities
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Direct, hands-on experience working aboard commercial fishing vessels is required
• Background as a fisherman, deckhand, vessel crew member, or similar fishing professional
• Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of initiative, accountability, and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and anticipate operational needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work hands-on
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Important: Candidates must have direct commercial fishing vessel experience to be considered.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated resume highlighting their commercial fishing and operations experience.
