Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts across Canada
- Research, identify, and develop new business development opportunities
- Project-manage new sales campaigns with customers
- Manage pricing and contract negotiations from implementation to execution
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales department on proposals and development opportunities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to contribute to the company's goals
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous business development and Account Management experience
- University degree or College Diploma (preferred)
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with key stakeholders
- Motivated, persistent, and a great team player
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods will be an asset (ideally in Produce)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel within Canada as well as the U.S.
