The Opportunity :

We’re looking for an Architectural Department Manager to lead design projects for industrial facilities — including factories, warehouses, processing plants, and distribution centers — primarily in the food and beverage industry. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an architect who thrives on balancing creativity, technical precision, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

In this role, you’ll oversee the full architectural design process from concept through completion, ensuring projects are functional, regulation-compliant, and meet client and operational needs. You’ll play a key role in shaping spaces that drive innovation and efficiency within the industrial sector.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead and manage design projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client goals are met.
• Prepare proposals, manage project documentation, and oversee permitting and approvals.
• Solve complex design challenges by making informed decisions on materials, structures, and layouts.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural, structural, and mechanical systems.
• Mentor a team of technologists and foster an environment of innovation and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and incorporate sustainable and efficient design practices.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, present design solutions, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
