Location: Onsite - Montreal Who we are: Valnet is looking for an AI Operations Analyst - Growth & Lead Generation, to join our team.

In this role, you will combine AI, data, automation, and business strategy to build and scale a high-performing lead generation operation.

You will identify opportunities to use AI agents, automation, and data to grow our lead generation pipeline, improve conversion, and create more efficient ways of acquiring and qualifying leads.

You will work closely with growth, revenue, and other business teams to connect lead generation activity with downstream revenue data.

The goal is not simply to generate more leads, but to understand which leads, channels, campaigns, and workflows actually create value for the business.

This is a build-and-ship role.

You will move quickly from identifying an opportunity → building a solution → integrating it into our workflows → measuring the results → scaling what works.

Key Responsibilities Build and deploy AI agents that automate prospecting, lead qualification, enrichment, and follow-up Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the lead generation funnel Build automated workflows that increase lead volume, quality, and efficiency Integrate lead generation data with revenue platforms and other business systems Analyze data to understand which channels, campaigns, audiences, and lead sources generate the highest-value results Build reporting and feedback loops that connect lead generation activity to revenue Test LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, APIs, and emerging AI tools to uncover new growth opportunities Monitor funnel performance, including lead volume, quality, conversion, acquisition efficiency, and revenue contribution Work closely with growth and revenue teams to turn business opportunities into measurable AI initiatives Continuously experiment, optimize, and scale what works What We’re Looking For 0-5 years of experience in AI, growth, lead generation, analytics, automation, operations, or a related field AI-native mindset with strong hands-on experience using modern AI tools Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation Strong business acumen and understanding of how lead generation connects to conversion and revenue Proven ability to build, test, and deploy AI or automation solutions Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable business insights Experience working with APIs, CRMs, revenue platforms, SQL, Python, spreadsheets, automation tools, or BI platforms is a strong asset Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable operating in ambiguity and figuring things out independently Highly curious, experimental, and constantly looking for new growth opportunities Strong bias toward execution and measurable business results Experience in lead generation, digital media, performance marketing, or revenue operations is a strong plus - but not required Benefits Full health insurance plan (including medical, dental, and vision) Daily on-site lunches, snacks, and coffee Fitness subscription reimbursement program Competitive compensation plan and bonus structure Why work with us?
