Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bender Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating bending machines to produce high-quality metal parts while maintaining safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate press brake / bending machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Adjust machine settings based on material and specifications
  • Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bender Operator or similar role
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Must have fluent English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Must have valid work authorization (no sponsorship available)
  • Candidates must be able to work full-time without employer sponsorship

Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Standing for long periods
  • Handling metal materials and machinery
