Position Summary:
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Administrator will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support for the parts department and Parts Manager.
This is position is an excellent training opportunity to learn our parts products and processes to grow and develop a career with our business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Invoice reconciliation, billing and freight charge analysis
- Inputting daily inventory & stock orders into a computer system
- Performing inventory counts and data entry
- Report on progress of orders, inventory levels, and order fulfillment problems.
- Communicate with fellow staff and customers in a polite and professional manner
- Provide superior customer service
- Participate in applicable product training
- Work well independently and with others
- Accurately and efficiently complete projects and special assignments
- Assists parts manager with various administrative tasks as required
- Performs the role in a professional manner that aligns with the Company’s’ values
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience is required.
Previous administrative experience in inventory, parts or logistics is an asset. - Self -Motivated and organized with the ability to take own initiative on projects
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft excel
- Flexible to changes in daily tasks when required
- Experience with other operating systems such as CDK is an asset
