  • Customer Service Representative Responsibilities : Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver positive experiences.

Build meaningful relationships through empathetic and attentive service.

Proactively assist in identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and service enhancements.

Handle customer inquiries related to billing, account updates, and payment processing with accuracy and professionalism.
