Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a benefits company in the Etobicoke area.
This is a remote ongoing contract starting on Saturday November 9th.
You will play a vital role in assisting clients with navigating a platform and understanding their employee structure. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and make a real impact.
We are seeking motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Position : Bilingual (French) Customer Support Representative
Shift : Monday-Friday, 8AM to 8PM EST
Training : Saturday, November 9th (10am - 1pm)
Start Date : Monday, November 11th
Salary : $24 per hour
Location : Remote - Ontario
Equipment - You will need to provide your own PC laptop (no macbooks) and a call center headset

Responsibilities
In the role of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will navigate, support, analyze employee structures and ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
- Inbound calls and emails from B2B customers
- Provide customers with details about their platforms and plans
- Updating customer's accounts after every transaction
- Build client relationships
- Provide top not service on every day
Qualifications
Fluent Bilingual (verbal) in English and French. You have strong computer proficiency, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Bilingual in French & English (spoken and written - mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in both languages
- Call center experience
- Customer Service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and access to a PC for your contract
- Professional and team player
