In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and promoting a culture of Operational Excellence across the plant. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable results (time, cost, capacity) and eliminate non-value-added activities.
You will also support teams through change management and ensure the sustainability of implemented improvements.
