  • Partner with UX, analytics, and digital marketing teams to implement content improvements and optimizations.

  • Validate page builds and content updates before launch to ensure quality.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for CMS usage and web content standards.

  • Provide guidance to content contributors on best practices, templates, and governance requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with digital marketing, UX, IT, and external partners.

Capabilities and Credentials

Required Experience

  • 4–6 years of hands‑on experience creating or maintaining web or digital content.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, English, Journalism, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

  • Strong experience working in a CMS‑driven environment (enterprise CMS experience preferred, Adobe AEM would be an asset).

  • Experience supporting complex, multi‑page websites.

Skills & Strengths

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

  • Solid understanding of web content structure, usability, and accessibility fundamentals.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Clear communicator with both technical and non‑technical partners.

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web analytics.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.

  • Experience working within formal website governance or brand standards.
