Job description

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist for a 6-month onsite contract in Edmonton, Alberta , with the possibility of a 6-month extension .

Start Date : 20 / 01 / 2025

End Date : 31 / 07 / 2025

Working Hrs. / location : Work is scheduled Monday to Friday ONSITE with start time of 8 : 15 AM to 4 : 30 PM (7.25 hours / day) Alberta Time.

MUST HAVE : Education

  • Post secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience and education (e.g. Certificate in Project Management)

Work Experience :

  • 5 Years -Experience conducting change impact analysis.
  • 5 Years - Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users)
  • 5 Years - Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans.
  • 5 Years - Experience in a change management role - applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs
  • Experience with current methodologies and design thinking, especially in relation to improving service experience.

    • NICE TO HAVE :

  • Change Management Professional TM (CCMPTM) certification.
  • 3 Years - Experience developing readiness programs, training or stakeholder engagement.
  • 3 Years - Experience in public sector procurement processes with an organization of similar size and complexity as the GoA
  • 3 Years - Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
  • 3 Years - Experience working in or for the public sector.
