Building teams, recruitment and storytelling for tech companies
Alexi is transforming the legal industry through artificial intelligence, backed by $15M in Series A funding from leading investors. As a fast-growing legal AI platform in Canada, we're revolutionizing how lawyers and litigation professionals work to achieve the best outcomes for their clients by automating complex legal tasks and workflows.
Our AI-powered platform serves over 1,000 lawyers across leading law firms in the US and Canada. We've achieved rapid growth, doubling our customer base in 2024, while increasing the engagement on the platform by 22x.
At Alexi, we believe that transforming the legal industry requires more than just innovative technology—it is a culture of customer obsession, ownership, and continuous learning. We're on a mission to transform legal work through AI.
About the Role
We need a Content Marketing Manager who can create sharp, effective content that drives leads, supports sales, and strengthens Alexi’s position in the legal tech space. This role is about more than just writing—it’s about understanding the customer, delivering the right message at the right time, and making every piece of content work harder.
What You'll Do
- Develop messaging that speaks directly to our audience and makes Alexi’s value obvious.
- Create strategic content for every stage of the funnel—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, reports, and lead magnets that convert.
- Write high-impact landing pages, website content, and localized materials that drive engagement.
- Build and refine sales enablement tools—one-pagers, decks, demo recordings, and case studies that help close deals.
- Lead case study and testimonial development—talk to clients, get real stories, and turn them into compelling content.
- Support paid and organic social campaigns with content that performs across different segments in their buyer journey.
- Assist with podcast and video content—craft show notes, key takeaways, and repurpose content where it makes sense.
- Oversee survey and report creation—turn data into insights that drive conversation.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize content based on performance.
- Own and manage the content repository, ensuring the right materials are always accessible and up to date.
