They are currently seeking an experienced ICI Project Manager to take full-cycle ownership of major projects from conception to final handover.

ResponsibilitiesTechnical Documentation & Submittal Processing:
● Administer the end-to-end document control workflow via Procore, managing all RFIs, submittals, product data, material samples, and shop drawings.
● Review shop drawings and technical submittals prior to consultant distribution to verify compliance with structural, mechanical, and architectural specs.
● Maintain up-to-date, red-lined as-built drawings, drawing logs, and site specification books for field and office accessibility.
Cost Control & Financial Administration:
● Assist the Project Manager with compiling monthly client progress billing packages, trade pay applications, and line-item invoice verification.
Track, log, and process change notices, change orders, and side agreements, maintaining an up-to-date log of potential cost impacts.
● Monitor cash allowance accounts, testing/inspection budgets, and contingency logs.
Site & Operations Support:
● Act as the daily operational conduit between office project management and field site teams, helping resolve site instructions, conflicts, and material shortages.
● Organize, schedule, and track third-party testing agencies (concrete, soils, steel inspection, air balance) and municipal inspection milestones.
● Attend weekly project meetings with clients, consultants, and subtrades, taking meticulous minutes and driving accountability on action items.
Procurement & Closeout Logistics:
● Support subtrade tender calls by distributing bid packages, preparing scope comparison sheets, and tracking bid submissions.
● Manage project closeout tasks: gather standard operation/maintenance (O&M) manuals, warranties, commissioning reports, and spare parts lists to achieve early sign-offs.
Qualifications● 3+ to 5 years of construction coordination experience in the Ontario ICI sector.
● Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or Construction Management from a Canadian institution.
● Experience working on multi-trade institutional projects (arenas, community centers, schools, libraries, public housing).
● Working knowledge of Procore, Jonas, MS Project, and AutoCAD/Bluebeam.
● Active or in-progress Gold Seal Intern or LEED AP designation is a highly valued.
● Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and clear written/verbal communication skills.
