Hi-Beam Group is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team at our Vancouver Office. When building our team, we look to recruit staff who understand the industry, pride themselves on quality work and are self motivated to get the work done in a professional & efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Read and analyze drawings and specifications.
• Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner
• Generate RFI Drawing in Tender and Construction stages
• Create detailed take off of various jobs
• Submit price for new SI / RFI to General Contractor
