SOV Roofing & Waterproofing Inc. is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our growing and successful team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimator who enjoys working on diverse construction projects and wants to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the estimating process from initial bid through final proposal
- Complete accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Build, analyze, and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
- Research and maintain current pricing for labor, materials, and equipment
- Prepare comprehensive bid submissions, including scope, pricing breakdowns, and clarifications
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Analyze scope changes and provide updated cost estimates as required
