Job descriptionSupervise and guide woodshop workers to ensure timely, efficient production. Collaborate with the Production Manager to plan and schedule tasks. Ensure all products meet high-quality standards through inspections and adjustments. Mentor and train new and existing team members. Monitor inventory and work with the Purchasing Manager to ensure adequate stock. Maintain and troubleshoot woodworking machinery and tools. Enforce safety standards and company policies. Resolve production issues to keep operations on track. Minimum 5 years of woodworking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery. (CNC, saws, woodworking etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety and cleanliness.
