Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new bid opportunities within your territory, driving pipeline development and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and public sector clients to generate and win new business.
  • Utilize Salesforce and industry platforms to identify, track, and manage opportunities, ensuring an accurate and high-performing sales pipeline.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending tailored access solutions that deliver value.
  • Conduct job site visits to gather project requirements and support accurate, competitive estimating and quoting.
  • Collaborate with sales, construction, and operations teams to develop comprehensive estimates, including labor, materials, logistics, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed, professional quotations aligned with project scope and client expectations.
  • Partner with contracts and project controls teams to ensure seamless project handoff, efficient contract execution, accurate billing, and timely change order management.
  • Support on-site project kickoffs to ensure clear scope alignment and successful execution.
  • Identify upselling opportunities across a full range of BrandSafway access products to maximize project value and drive growth.
  • Contribute to market expansion through client prequalification efforts and securing placement on bidder lists.
  • Provide regular updates on activity, forecasts, and performance to sales leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in scaffold and work access sales, including contracts that involve labor components.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cost estimating for scaffold and work access projects.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce within a construction-focused environment.
  • Solid background in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project workflows and operations.
  • Technical foundation in engineering, drafting, or construction estimating.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), with the ability to analyze data and support decision-making.
  • Practical, hands-on experience as a scaffold builder or foreman is considered a strong asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Civil Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
