Construction Worker / Experienced
Location: Cornwall & Surrounding Area, Ontario (On-site)
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to $25.00 per hour based on experience, with a scheduled wage increase
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (additional hours may be required) We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer / Skilled Labourer to join an established construction team specializing in commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. This opportunity offers stable, full-time employment with a company known for delivering quality work through skilled tradespeople and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.What You'll Do
  • Assist with a variety of construction activities including trenching, concrete work, outdoor structure construction, painting, and general site labour
  • Support project completion by performing physical labour and material handling duties
  • Read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans
  • Safely operate hand and power tools as required
  • Perform basic inspections of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success
  • Demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with clients, coworkers, and contractors
  • Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
What You'll Bring
  • 1–5 years of construction or skilled labour experience
  • Basic knowledge of construction practices, tools, and equipment
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between job sites
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in various outdoor conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work full-time hours with occasional overtime as required
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the ability to identify and address unsafe conditions
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
