Job description
We are seeking dependable Construction Labourers for a premier manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical labor, possess power tool experience, have experience in construction, and excel in a dynamic, highly motivated production environment. Advantages
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Location: Brantford, ON
Shifts: Monday to Friday - Day shift or Night shift available
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Permanent


Responsibilities
- Safely operating hand and power tools (such as impact drills and grinders) to remove casings and forms from finished products.
- Working closely with crew members to optimize assembly line efficiency and sustain daily production momentum.
- Managing your designated work area independently to ensure a smooth, steady workflow.
- Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete mixtures into specialized molds and forms.
- Cleaning, prepping, and lubricating molds and equipment before and after each production cycle.
- Adhering to strict safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to keep your workspace clean and hazard-free.

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction or heavy manufacturing setting.
- Comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment that can be hot, dusty, and physically demanding.
- Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 lbs throughout the duration of the shift.
- Possess a proven track record of excellent workplace attendance and punctuality.
- Able to successfully pass a criminal background check as a condition of employment.
