Clintar is seeking a motivated Landscape Crew Lead to oversee landscape maintenance operations across our commercial properties. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians, laborers, and seasonal workers.Assign tasks, provide direction, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and according to quality standards.Adhere to company policies and engage with customers courteously by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.Support foreman in construction, and equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols.Manage daily tuck loading/unloading.Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.Aid in landscaping by moving soil, mulch, and plants.Operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow blowers.Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are in good working condition.
