  • Ensure projects are priced accurately to support strong margins and overall profitability.
  • Hold regular sales reviews to ensure accountability and progress toward targets
  • Support sales team with strategy, key client meetings, and complex opportunities
  • Lead the sales team to maintain and grow relationships with existing Wessuc customers
  • Work with the estimating team to develop pricing and proposals for projects and service contracts
  • Identify upcoming tenders and assist in the preparation of competitive submissions
  • Lead the sales team to maintain accurate client activity and pipeline information within the CRM system
  • Represent Wessuc at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings when necessary
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with operations, estimating, and finance to ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capacity
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of sales team members as the department grows

What Success Looks Like

  • A structured and accountable sales team with clear expectations and consistent activity
  • A steady pipeline of work to support consistent revenue and profitability throughout the year.
  • Driven revenue growth across multiple service lines through new opportunities and expanded client relationships.
