Job Summary Advance your landscape career with opportunities for growth, training, and year-round employment as a Landscape Crew Lead. The ideal Landscape Crew Lead possesses expertise in task delegation and will manage commercial and residential sites across seasons. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians, laborers, and seasonal workers.Assign tasks, provide direction, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and according to quality standards.Adhere to company policies and engage with customers courteously by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.Support foreman in construction, and equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols.Manage daily tuck loading/unloading.Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.Aid in landscaping by moving soil, mulch, and plants.Operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow blowers.Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are in good working condition.
