Responsibilities for Security Dispatcher
The dispatcher is the first line for service requests. The dispatcher is responsible for awnser calls, logging the request, dispatch available guards and confirming the service with the client.
Tasks include:
Answering calls for service Create service tickets Scheduling employees Dispatching of guards by phone Documenting all call related information Provide support to guards and customers Complete various administrative duties Email managers to escalate situations or concerns Other tasks assigned by coordinator, operations or Account Manager, as needed.Qualifications for Security Dispatcher
