About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of IT to lead the technology and IT strategy for a rapidly growing organization. This senior-level position requires a strong background in managing IT operations, with particular expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly D365 F&O. Lead and oversee the IT department, ensuring seamless operation of all technology systems. Develop and implement IT strategies to support the business’s goals and objectives, with a focus on D365 F&O. Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT solutions with organizational needs and drive continuous improvement. Manage the implementation, optimization, and support of D365 F&O systems across finance, supply chain, and operations. Lead and mentor IT teams, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of IT systems, including D365 F&O. Partner with business units to understand their needs and deliver technical solutions that enhance performance and productivity. Bilingual French & English ~ Proven experience (8+ years) in IT leadership roles, with a significant focus on D365 F&O implementation, management, and support. ~ Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with hands-on experience in system configurations and customizations. ~ Demonstrated success in leading large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams. ~ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards. ~ D365 F&O, Microsoft Certified : Opportunity to lead innovative IT initiatives in a rapidly expanding organization.
