Job descriptionProgrammes COBOL documentés, testés et intégrés selon les standards de développement. Analyses fonctionnelles et techniques détaillées. Rapports d’impact et d’assurance qualité. Plans de tests unitaires et correctifs associés. Documentation technique et guides de transfert de connaissances. Diplôme universitaire en informatique ou discipline connexe. Minimum 7 années d’expérience pertinente en développement, analyse ou architecture logicielle. Minimum 5 années d'expérience confirmée dans un environnement mainframe (COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, TSO / ISPF). Avoir participé à au moins un projet d’envergure (≥ 500 à 1 000 jours-personnes) lié à la maintenance, l’évolution ou la modernisation d’applications centrales avec des langages de programmation tels que JCL et COBOL. Capacité à analyser les besoins, à concevoir des solutions efficaces et à assurer leur implantation de bout en bout. Expérience en tests unitaires, documentation technique et assurance qualité. Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de sécurité applicative, de performance et de gouvernance technique. Expérience de travail dans un contexte Agile. Connaissance des environnements d’intégration continue et des outils de gestion de version (Git, Jenkins, Endevor) est un plus.

Vos missions
- Réaliser et valider unitairement les programmes sur la plateforme centrale (COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS).
- Analyser les besoins fonctionnels et techniques, proposer des solutions robustes et durables, et en assurer la mise en œuvre.
- Effectuer la maintenance évolutive et corrective des programmes existants, incluant la documentation et la traçabilité des changements.
- Contribuer aux activités de modernisation des systèmes.
- Effectuer les analyses d’impact et les évaluations d’efforts techniques nécessaires aux changements ou nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Assurer la qualité des livrables par des tests unitaires, des revues de code et la mise en place de bonnes pratiques de développement.
- Collaborer avec les analystes fonctionnels, architectes et autres intervenants pour garantir la cohérence et la performance des solutions.
- Contribuer à la planification et au suivi des travaux dans un contexte Agile, incluant la participation aux rencontres d’équipe et la mise à jour des artefacts de suivi.
- Assurer le transfert des connaissances aux ressources désignées du client afin d’assurer la pérennité et l’autonomie opérationnelle des équipes.
