This opportunity is designed for a sales professional who wants the freedom to build a territory, make strategic decisions, and directly influence business performance.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take full ownership of a high-potential Quebec territory and execute a business plan that delivers sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new customer opportunities through consistent prospecting and networking.
  • Increase business within existing accounts by expanding product utilization and strengthening customer partnerships.
  • Develop relationships with dentists, specialists, treatment coordinators, and practice owners.
  • Deliver professional product presentations and educational programs that demonstrate clinical and business value.
  • Participate in industry conferences, educational programs, and local networking events.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical support and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.


Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Education & Training

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Healthcare, Science, or a related discipline is preferred.

Work Experience & Accomplishments

  • 2+ years of proven B2B field sales success in a competitive market with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Proven ability to develop new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience managing a defined territory with measurable revenue growth.
  • Dental, healthcare, medical device, or capital equipment sales experience is considered an asset.

Skills & Competencies

  • Bilingual (French and English) verbal and written skills are required.
  • Proven hunter mentality with the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to make independent business decisions.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and territory management skills.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-disciplined with strong organizational habits and CRM proficiency.
  • This is an in-the-field sales role, and the selected candidate will preferably reside in the Greater Montreal Area.
