This high energy and high-profile position is responsible for building new relationships and growing sales within the Commercial Market in the province of Quebec with a focus on the Greater Montréal region.

By effectively partnering with accounts, the Account Executive will provide effective business solutions to customers through innovative and strategic planning, superior customer service and prospecting.

Responsibilities :

  • Use innovative selling techniques and product knowledge, to grow business using the full suite of Rogers wireline, wireless and Advanced Business Solutions.
  • Analyze and pursue opportunities for prospecting additional business within assigned territory as well as net new opportunities.
  • Represent the company with a positive attitude and strong work ethic that will maintain maximum sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop account and relationship management strategies, in order to gain insider status and to protect the account from any competitive activity.
  • Strong knowledge of the Greater Montreal market, well connected within the Community, ability and interest in Networking and Corporate relationship development.
  • Act as the single point of contact for accounts on the full suite of products and services provided by Rogers Communications Inc.
  • Share your ideas by actively participating at regular sales meetings and fulfill required administrative duties to support your role.
  • Own and troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions by working with key internal contacts to maintain integrity of business.

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years experience in telecommunications industry, preferably managing Commercial Market accounts.
  • Solid understanding of data network, Internet, Cloud and wireless services
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • An innovative thinker in meeting customer requirements
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Bilingualism : Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Resident of the greater Montreal area
  • To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal background check. Additionally, a credit check and drivers abstract may be required depending on the role.
