Front Desk Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Front Desk Agent you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
This is a permanent full-time position starting immediately.
Starting Rate of Pay : $20.50 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.90.
Job Duties Include :
- Greet check-in respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions including cash handling - currency exchange and balancing a float
- Serve as a sales agent promoting and up-selling hotel services
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling
