Canada. Summary : As a Manual and Vertical Lathe Machinist , your role is critical to the reputation that Ebco has built for delivering world-class quality manufacturing. You will be working on manual machines to meet customer specifications. What You'll Do : Setting-up and operating Manuel & Vertical & Horizontal Lathe Using various measuring devices on small & large parts Able to adapt to job shop environment What You'll Bring : TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE ~5+ years’ experience in operating manual vertical & horizontal lathes ~ Ability to understand and interpret drawing tolerances and specifications ~ Ability to understand and interpret drawings of high tolerances and specification ~ Red Seal Certificate KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be a motivates self-starter who can work with minimal supervision Must be able to use all equipment safetly Must be willing to accommodate flexible working schedules, including shift work Very good organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to read, write and communicate in English Must have your own basic machinist tools We will provide you with a competitive compensation as well as an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in this dynamic environment.
