Job description
As a warehouse clerk / assembler, you will play a key role within a dynamic team in the heating and air conditioning sector in Kirkland.

Your role will combine meticulous manual assembly of paper components, visual quality control, and the computer-based preparation of shipments.


• Status: Contract
• Location: Kirkland (West Island)
• Salary: $21.00 / hour
• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (2 fixed shifts available):
• Shift A: 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Day)
• Shift B: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Evening)
• Break: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
• Perform manual assembly of various paper components (brochures, pamphlets, inserts).
• Conduct visual checks to identify color variations, defects, or printing issues.
• Ensure that the print format and perforation placements meet quality specifications.
• Use the computer system to create and print product and shipping labels.
• Complete the final packaging of orders with care and precision before shipment.

Qualifications
• Recent and mandatory experience in a warehouse setting (production or distribution).
• Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills to manage and print labels.
• Profile: Meticulous, punctual, positive attitude, and a great team player.
• Ability to work effectively in a moderate-paced environment.

Summary
We are opening two new Warehouse Clerk / Assembler contract positions to support our growth in the HVAC industry. We are looking for hands-on individuals with a sharp eye for quality control and a positive attitude.
