Job description
Our client, a private equity backed leader in the business services sector is undergoing major transformation. Pivoting from a traditional human capital intensive service model to a high margin, technology enabled multi-service platform.

We are seeking a high-caliber financial strategist to serve as the primary architect for this evolution. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will bridge the gap between finance, corporate development, and product strategy.

We are looking for a rare breed of finance professional. If you enjoy the technical depth of FP&A and financial modelling but thrive in the "organized chaos" of a major business transformation, this role might just be perfect for you!

Advantages
You will have an opportunity to have a seat at the table during a fundamental business pivot
Direct exposure with the CFO, CEO and Private Equity board members
Largely remote, with one day a week in office
Competitive base, bonus, and total rewards program

Responsibilities
Transformation Architecture: Design the financial blueprints for our shift to a tech-enabled platform. You will build the business models for new service lines and vertical expansions.

Monetization & Pricing: You won't just track revenue; you will help create it. You’ll design sophisticated pricing frameworks for digital offerings, ensuring market competitiveness and margin health.

M&A & Deal Leadership: Act as the financial lead for the full transaction lifecycle—from initial due diligence and "Quality of Earnings" assessment to synergy modeling and post-close integration.

Strategic Insights: Move beyond standard reporting to create high-impact KPIs and predictive dashboards that help the CEO and PE sponsors make data-driven pivots.

System Optimization: Leverage enterprise-grade EPM and ERP tools to automate forecasting and ensure a single source of truth during rapid growth.

Qualifications
CPA designated professional preferred (will also consider MBA, CFA or related)
Proven experience and master of financial modelling with an ability to extract and manipulate data within EPM systems
You thrive in "ambiguity" and are comfortable operating without a large support staff until which time you can build a small team around you

Summary
If you’re ready to step out of a standard corporate FP&A cycle and into a role where your models directly dictate the future of a multi-service platform, we want to hear from you. This is a rare opportunity to own a strategic roadmap from day one, work hand-in-hand with executive leadership, and eventually build the team that will sustain a new era of growth.

Please reach out to me directly at kristina.davidson@randstad.ca or on cell at 647-500-1172 and apply to this post!

Have a great day!
