Job description
Director, Client Services: Revenue Operations (Remote)

Location: Remote within Canada
Salary: $160,000-$190,000 OTE (65% Base, 35% Performance-Based)

About Ateko

At Ateko, a Bell Canada Company, we empower some of the world's largest enterprises to harness the full potential of their technology platforms. We're looking for a Director, Client Services: Revenue Operations who can jump right in - someone who is a creative thinker with an eye for technical details, passionate about problem-solving, building relationships, and connecting with customers and colleagues.

Why Join Us

At Ateko we work on high-impact projects for some of the biggest names in tech, finance, and beyond. Our culture is collaborative and modern, and we're committed to helping you grow.

Competitive salary, training, and health coverage are all great. But it's the "extras" that really make our employees feel appreciated.

Here's what sets us apart:

  • Flexibility: More than half of our team works remotely, and our culture and policies are designed to support work-life balance, no matter where you are.

  • Professional Growth: Share your expertise on our blog or speak at international conferences—we'll help you build your professional profile.

  • Work-Life Balance: 3 weeks vacation, and 10 additional personal days are available, as we recognize the importance of downtime to recharge.

  • Peer Recognition: Celebrate wins with peer-nominated awards and performance bonuses.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: We strive for a gender-balanced workplace with a near 50/50 split of male and female-identifying employees, and we recognize our diversity as one of our greatest strengths

  • Giving Back: As a Pledge 1% company, we dedicate time and resources to making a positive impact. Employees have 20 working hours per year to spend doing volunteer work at the organization of their choice.

What we're looking for

Ateko is seeking a Director, Client Services: Revenue Operations who will serve as a thought leader and the most critical strategic partner for our largest enterprise clients. In this role, you are not just a sales professional; you are the orchestrator of transformation, the trusted C-suite advisor, and the central champion for revenue growth through the Salesforce ecosystem. You will leverage your deep business acumen and sales expertise to build lasting executive relationships, drive new client acquisition, and expand our retainer-based book of business while ensuring our "white glove service" reputation translates into measurable success and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Leadership & Revenue Operations

  • Act as Executive Sponsor and lead for top-tier clients, providing strategic guidance and Revenue Operations best practices

  • Build and maintain a retainer-based book of business, driving sales growth through targeted client acquisition

  • Directly contribute to and oversee significant ARR volume by improving client health and demonstrating measurable value

Sales & Business Development Excellence

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close and renewal across multiple opportunities simultaneously

  • Communicate compelling value propositions clearly to C-suite leaders, demonstrating ROI through recommended Salesforce solutions

  • Represent Ateko as a sought-after speaker and thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem

Project Oversight & Team Leadership

  • Oversee delivery of client work for retainers and project engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and success

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and team members on requirements gathering, design, development, and testing

  • Act as a mentor to team members, sharing domain expertise to grow the practice and reinforce company values

Required Qualifications

  • C-Suite Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven experience selling to C-suite leaders with demonstrated ability to clearly communicate compelling value propositions of complex solutions

  • Client Advocacy & Executive Sponsorship: This role is not transactional; it involves continuous partnership and accountability to the client throughout the engagement. You must have proven success as a dedicated Executive Sponsor for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a white-glove experience and acting as a consistent client advocate.

  • Executive Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with C-suite clients and key decision-makers

  • Communication Excellence: Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels

  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently in fast-paced, fluid environments

  • Salesforce Acumen: Experience with Salesforce technologies, certifications, or working at a Salesforce System Integrator

  • Complex Sales Experience: Familiarity with the technical consulting industry and enterprise software solutions, proven ability to challenge the status quo.

  • Eligibility to Work in Canada: You are a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident of Canada, or hold a valid work permit.

  • Bilingual (French/English): Proficiency in both English and French is a requirement as we continue to grow our French-speaking client base.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary where your performance is rewarded (65% Base, 35% Performance-Based structure)

  • The opportunity to work at a fast-scaling organization servicing some of the largest and most exciting companies in the world

  • A flat and modern work culture, with direct access to the leadership team

  • Flexible work environment

  • Medical and dental benefits

  • Subsidized career training, including coverage of certification tests

  • 3 weeks vacation

  • 10 personal days to use for mental health, sickness and family emergencies

  • We value giving back to our community - you get 20 hours of your workday over the year to spend doing volunteer work for an organization you chose.
