Member Advisor
Were looking for a Member Advisor to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization playing a critical role in our member service team. Candidates have excellent communication and interpersonal skills a strong ability to provide knowledgeable and timely advice and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by effectively utilizing our products services and omni channels to meet our members needs. The key responsibilities for this role include :
- Act as the first point of contact and the first point of resolution!
- Respond to members inquiries by providing advice and guidance on the full range of financial products and services.
- Promote and sell cash and non-cash related products and services.
- Manage an assigned portfolio through strong advice and utilization of available Credit Union products and services.
- Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies simplify members banking needs and enhance the member experience.
- This role will start remotely and later transition to in-person.
- Must have the ability to travel to and cover regionally (up to 200km) as required.
Innovations Travel Practice Guidelines will be followed.
