Are you the type of person who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and wants more than just a routine maintenance position?

At Edon, our goal is to foster an environment where every team member feels empowered, believing that a mix of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences enhances our innovation and excellence. We recognize the value of a diverse workforce and actively encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.

  • Exclusive savings through Perkopolis, Canada's leading perks program, offering access to more than 5,000 discounts on travel, hotels, entertainment, dining, shopping, and everyday essentials

Why join us?

We believe great people deserve great support. That's why we're committed to creating an environment where employees can grow their careers, achieve their goals, and feel valued every step of the way.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated professionals who take ownership of their work, think proactively, and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

  • Curious and inquisitive thinkers who are eager to learn, grow, and improve processes
  • Problem-solvers who can identify opportunities, address challenges, and propose practical solutions
  • Decisive decision-makers who can assess information, exercise sound judgment, and act confidently
  • Accountable team members who take pride in their work and follow through on commitments
  • Forward-thinking individuals who embrace innovation and continuously look for ways to improve
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Valid 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, building automation systems (BAS), and life safety systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Comfortable adopting new technologies and innovative business solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook and Power BI is considered an asset

Success in This Role
