  • Follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Document completed work
  • Represent the company professionally on site
  • Lift and move tools and materials (up to 50 lbs)
  • Participate in a rotating emergency on‑call schedule

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, renovations, or similar handson work

Not required, but considered strong assets:

  • Door installation and repair experience
  • Water loss remediation experience
  • Red Seal certification

You do not need to meet every requirement to apply.

If you have relevant hands‑on experience and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • 24‑hour on‑call shifts on a rotational basis
  • Use of your own work van or covered truck is preferred; company vehicles are not always available
