Job Title: Business Architect
Location: Montreal, QC
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Architect with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will align business strategy, capabilities, operating models, and transformation initiatives to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business architecture frameworks, capability models, and operating models.
  • Partner with stakeholders across BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments to align business and technology strategies.
  • Support digital transformation, modernization, regulatory, and compliance-driven initiatives.
  • Analyze business capabilities, processes, and organizational structures.
  • Support customer, citizen, and patient-focused transformation programs.
  • Develop business capability maps, value streams, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Conduct business assessments and gap analyses.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and strategic planning sessions.
  • Ensure alignment between enterprise objectives and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with architects, business leaders, and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Architect within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, regulatory, and risk-management requirements.
  • Experience with capability mapping, business architecture frameworks, and operating models.
  • Experience supporting customer, citizen, or patient-facing services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Experience working with executive and business leadership teams.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities.
  • Business Architecture certification is an asset.
