Job Description
Position Purpose :
The Service Centre Supervisor is responsible for maintaining Zero Harm principles, while providing product and service that meets or exceeds the internal and external customers’ expectations using the most cost-effective methods available.
Schedule Requirements :
- Night shift : Sunday through Friday (11 : 00pm to 7 : 00am)
- Require availability andflexibility to work on various shifts and weekends as needed to cover for absenteeism and support other supervisors with various initiatives.
