Job description4 years or more of relevant experience in printing; 2 or more years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a unionized environment; Excellent knowledge of flexographic printing process; French.
Our client is a major player in the field of gaming and technologies. They are looking for a Printing Presses Supervisor, (night shift, Wed to Friday, 36 hours / week).
- Oversee product printing and coordinate work on various equipment ensuring compliance with product quality and safety standards and planning resources according to needs;
- Supervise staff on work methods and provide the necessary guidance for training and learning;
- Monitor progress of work and performance;
- Communicate product specifications to employees and review press operators' reports;
- Approve pre-press work and press starts;
- Ensure the application of the collective agreement;
- Receive and communicate relevant information about ongoing work to the teams preceding and following your shift;Ensure the proper functioning, improvement, and maintenance of equipment : ; coordinate repairs.
Requirements :
Schedule : 36 hours / week (3 days of 12 hour shifts, Wed - Fri, 19h à 7h).
