Job descriptionDésir et capacité d’obtenir le certificat de représentant en assurance de dommages au Québec délivré par l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) et le permis de vente de produits d’assurance autres que la vie. Bilinguisme anglais–français requis, avec haut niveau de lecture, compréhension et expression orale. Excellentes aptitudes au service clientèle et capacité de développer des relations solides. Capacité de travailler n’importe quel quart pendant les heures d’ouverture (lundi‑vendredi, 8 h – 20 h 30). Connaissance d’appareils numériques (téléphones intelligents, tablettes, ordinateurs portables, etc.). Certificat de représentant en assurance de dommages déjà obtenu. Études postsecondaires. Connaissance des produits d’assurance. Expérience en service clientèle ou en vente dans un centre de contact. Équipe primée Prix | Diversité et inclusion RBC. Description du poste
Nous recrutons présentement pour une date de début en janvier 2026. Ce poste au Centre de conseils en assurances RBC vous offre la flexibilité et la satisfaction professionnelle que vous recherchez.
En tant que Conseiller(ère) autorisé(e) en assurances auto et habitation, vous fournirez des conseils et des options d’assurance pour aider les clients à protéger ce qui leur tient le plus à cœur. Vous apporterez une expérience client exceptionnelle, contribuerez aux objectifs de vente individuels et d’équipe, et collaborerez avec nos partenaires internes.
Responsabilités clés
- Répondre aux appels entrants et offrir des conseils et solutions d’assurance adaptés.
- Fournir une expérience client uniforme et positive dès le premier point de contact.
- Effectuer des évaluations personnalisées des besoins et utiliser les outils et calculatrices disponibles.
- Assurer une compréhension des exigences réglementaires lors de la préparation ou modification des polices auto et habitation.
- Suivre les procédures de façon transparente pendant les conversations.
- Entretenir et consolider les relations avec les partenaires pour fonctionner comme une seule équipe.
