Our client has been providing industry-leading transportation services across Canada for nearly 60 years. They are now seeking a reliable and independent worker to join their team as a billing clerk. If you are looking for a new opportunity to sharpen your administrative and organizational skills, then this is for you!

Les tâches

Check-in drivers, confirm freight paperwork, and prepare bills of lading.
Manage the electronic file system, including data entry.
Maintain inbound and outbound paperwork.
Analyze and record bills.
Handle a high volume of phone calls.
Provide additional clerical support for dock staff.
Establish positive communication with drivers and warehouse management.
Carry out other similar duties related to the position.

Exigences du poste

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a transportation environment.
Software proficiency is a must.
