  • Leverages automation, AI-enabled analytics, and visualization tools to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve insight generation.
  • Establishes governance over Supply Finance reporting to ensure consistent definitions, methodologies, and performance measures across functions.

Leads Forecasting, Planning & Accrual Governance:

  • Leads forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning processes for supply-related expenditures, vendor funding, and supply chain economics. Identifies risks and opportunities, evaluates business impacts, and provides recommendations that support financial targets and strategic objectives.
  • Establishes and maintains standardized accrual methodologies, monthly review processes, and variance analysis protocols to improve financial accuracy and reduce volatility.
  • Develops forecasting models and analytical tools that improve visibility into supply costs, rebate earnings, vendor funding performance, and future financial outcomes.
  • Leads monthly financial reviews of accrual balances, identifying root causes of variances and implementing corrective actions to improve forecasting accuracy and financial predictability.
  • Partners with Controllership to ensure supply-related accounting treatment, accrual practices, and financial reporting remain compliant with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Supports financial risk assessments related to procurement, vendor funding arrangements, and supply chain initiatives, ensuring appropriate controls and mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Provides decision support and scenario analysis for strategic supply initiatives, supplier changes, sourcing strategies, and cost optimization opportunities.

Leads Vendor Funding AR & Data Governance:
