Job Description:

Proactive & reactive security patrols
Majority of shift will be spent conducting exterior patrols
Response to incidents
Enforce site rules and regulations
Report writing and note taking
Daily shift reports
Access Control
Investigate routine incidents
Additional Duties as Assigned

Job Requirements:

Valid Security License for Ontario
Valid Standard First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
Able to stand for up to 6-8 hours per shift
Able to complete extensive patrolling of site
Fluent English communication (oral and written) required
Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position. You will be required to attend in-person training at the Kingston office to complete the certificationPlease be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
Legally authorized to work in Canada

First Aid, CPR Level C
