CNC Machine Operator St. Thomas

Precision starts here. Randstad Operational is currently seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join a premier production team in St. Thomas, Ontario. Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Expertly set up and operate CNC machinery to cut, drill, and mill metal components.
Technical Interpretation: Read and translate blueprints and industrial drawings into finished products.
Quality Assurance: Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to ensure 100% accuracy.
Workplace Integrity: Maintain a clean, organized station and document production metrics and equipment status.
Safety Excellence: Adhere to all PPE requirements and safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident environment.

Qualifications
Experience: Hands-on CNC Operation is required.
Blueprint Literacy: A proven ability to read and interpret complex industrial blueprints.
Mechanical Aptitude: High attention to detail and experience with precision measuring instruments.
Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Communication: Fluent in English (all manuals and safety instructions are in English).
