What is the opportunity?
RBC Dominion Securities is Canada’s leading full-service investment and wealth management firm. We are committed to helping our clients build financial success through a personalized approach that draws on the full resources of RBC Wealth Management.
What will you do?
- Execute investment trades and portfolio management as coordinated by Advisor
- Provide trade surveillance and ensure accuracy of portfolio holdings relative to the Investment Policy Statement
- Work with Advisor to develop the investment models and portfolio rebalancing
- Coordinate position maintenance, book cost accuracy and execution of corporate reorganizations
- Monitor fixed income maturities for reinvestment
- Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
- Administer estate adjustments and distribution
- Respond to client and related party inquiries (account transactions, requests for tax receipts, account reporting, etc.).
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
- Support Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.
