🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Yard Associate, you’ll help keep our branch running smoothly by:
Organizing, staging, and retrieving rental equipment
Inspecting equipment before and after rental
Completing basic maintenance tasks
Maintaining a written maintenance and inspection schedule
🎓 What You Bring
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Class 5 Driver License with clean abstract
Experience with construction or industrial tools (preferred)
Basic mechanical aptitude and/or mechanical repair experience
💡 Skills That Help You Succeed
Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to perform basic math
Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to safety
Bilingual (Spanish or other), depending on location
💪 Physical Requirements
This role involves:
Bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching
Lifting 50+ lbs
Working indoors and outdoors as needed

Base Pay Range
