Le Rôle:
En tant qu’Assistant Gérant, vous aiderez l'équipe de gestion du magasin à inculquer les valeurs de l'entreprise et les promesses des clients au sein de votre équipe et dans le magasin, grâce à l’exemple, au coaching et en offrant des instructions de haute qualité. Vous assisterez également à la mise en œuvre d'un plan de vente et de marchandisage et favoriserez une culture d'équipe très engagée.
