Job descriptionPerform assembly and sub-assembly of medical devices, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations. Follow written or verbal work instructions and diagrams to assemble products to specification. Use a variety equipment and tools to complete tasks. Conduct assembly testing and make continuity checks on in-process and finished products. Perform quality checks in accordance with established specifications and procedures. Disassemble, rework, reassemble, and test components as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety guidelines. Accurately create, pick material, and close Job Orders in the ERP system. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and report quality issues using the ERP system. Assist with other related tasks as needed. Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent Grande attention aux détails et dextérité manuelle Capacité à suivre précisément les instructions orales et écrites À l’aise avec les tâches répétitives dans un environnement de travail rapide Connaissances de base en informatique, incluant l'utilisation de systèmes ERP (atout) Maîtrise du français Capacité à comprendre les instructions en anglais Capacite de travailler dans un environnement de fabrication contrôlé incluant le port des EPI, incluant des lunettes de protection et un sarrau High School Diploma or Equivalent Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer literacy, including experience with ERP systems (an asset) Proficiency in French Ability to understand instructions in English Ability to work in a controlled work environment including the mandatory use of PPE including protective eyewear and gowning
Peuvent inclure, sans s’y limiter, les tâches suivantes :
- Effectuer l'assemblage et le sous-assemblage de dispositifs médicaux, allant de tâches répétitives à non répétitives.
- Suivre des instructions de travail écrites ou verbales et des schémas pour assembler les produits conformément aux spécifications.
- Utiliser divers équipements et outils pour accomplir les tâches.
- Effectuer des tests d'assemblage et vérifier la continuité sur les produits en cours de fabrication et finis.
- Réaliser des contrôles de qualité selon les spécifications et procédures établies.
- Désassembler, retravailler, réassembler et tester les composants si nécessaire.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire, conformément aux directives de santé et sécurité.
- Créer, prélever les matériaux, et clôturer les ordres de fabrication dans le système ERP avec précision.
- Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et signaler les problèmes de qualité à l'aide du système ERP.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes au besoin.
